What jobs can I offer?
Your job offerings may be either full-time, part-time or casual, and must also be:
- Must meet the job seeker’s benchmark (from 8, 15, 20, 23 or 30 hours/week)
- The employment must be ongoing
- compliant with employment standards (for example, meeting the minimum award wage).
The exclusions are few and reasonable. The job you offer must not:
- displace an existing employee
- be a commission-based, subcontracting or self-employment role
- be for an immediate family member.
